todoist Review
What is todoist?
Todoist is a professional and small business to-do list and task manager. Todoist helps users streamline their personal and team productivity and work more effectively by combining tasks, projects, comments, attachments, notifications, and more. The board or list view allows users to manage projects and collaborate with other team members. In using Todoist, you can control the productivity of your work to create personalized productivity workflows by sorting, labels, and filters.
Todoist works with different third-party work and productivity apps and is available on all devices. Todoist has apps for desktops (Windows, Mac, Linux), web, web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, & Safari), email inboxes (Gmail and Outlook), and mobile devices (iOS, iPad, and Android). Todoist integrates with different third-party apps, such as Google Calendar, Dropbox, Zapier, and others, to help you centralize tasks and streamline task management workflows. A freemium plan, a Todoist Pro plan for individuals, and a Todoist Business plan for small teams are all available. It is a to-do list to organize your work and life. It’s a helpful app that allows you to jot down all of your thoughts and keep them in one place. You can have the assurance you won’t miss anything important if you use it! It has a helpful task manager that makes work organization a breeze. If the task is more complicated, divide it into subtasks and organize it with the same settings as tasks. It also allows you to assign activities to others, allowing you to delegate work without having to send an endless email chain. It increases team transparency and makes work distribution less overwhelming as a task manager. Filtering tasks is a great way when you’re busy. Todoist allows you to do this by allowing you to create your filters and use pre-made ones. You can sift through tasks using Todoist’s filters based on whether you or someone else assigned them. You can also see which ones are the most important. Scroll down to Filters in the left-hand sidebar to create a new filter on Todoist. When the + symbol appears next to the title, tap it. To make your filter, click Add after giving it a name and customizing it.
Todoist also introduced gamification to make productivity-boosting more enjoyable. Organizations can use Todoist Karma to award points for completed tasks, allowing them to meet defined weekly and monthly productivity targets quickly. Visual graphs, color-coded based on specific projects, grant managers to track team members’ tangible progress. Since Todoist is a cloud-based service, all your tasks and notes are synced automatically across your devices. It’s simple to get the app running. To begin, you must first create projects. Color-coding projects can help you distinguish between them. Then you add tasks as detailed as you need to your projects. Subtasks can add to tasks. Drag and drop tasks and subtasks to reorder them. Make sure you don’t have an active sorting option selected. Reminders and labels, also known as tags in other apps, can be added to tasks. Labels can be anything you want, and each one can have its color. There are numerous reminders. Email notifications, push notifications, SMS alerts, and location-based reminders are all available.
