The FOCOS marks include the FOCOS name and logo. Please don’t modify the marks or use them in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship or endorsement by FOCOS, or in a way that confuses FOCOS with another brand (including your own). Succinct Verbose Our customers' FOCOS experience is polite and quick to digest, avoiding wasted brain processing time wherever possible. Cut out redundant words, then do it again (but not to the detriment of the message).
Fun Formal Our customers want us to talk to them in their language. There are some situations where we use light humour, and we enjoy giving customers the odd pleasant surprise.
Helpful Dismissive When we make a mistake, we own rectifying it. When we want to help a customer achieve more, we give them enough information to make an informed decision. We don't pester them, they get enough of that already.
Human Robotic Our customers may be working, but they don't they want to be spoken to by a robot. Our communications are an expression of us, the people behind FOCOS.
Knowledgeable Patronising We research thoroughly, make as many fact-based decisions as possible, and always tell the truth. We understand and take a keen interest in personal productivity, and this reflects through into FOCOS.
