What is Boomerang?

Boomerang is the most efficient way to send and receive emails. Send emails later, track responses, and use AI to improve your email writing. You can schedule messages to be sent or returned later with Boomerang. Write a letter right now and send it whenever you want, even if you’re not connected to the internet. Track messages to ensure you get a response, and set reminders right from Gmail. With cross-platform read receipts, you can see if someone read your email. With Inbox Pause, you can avoid constant interruptions while still receiving notifications about the emails that matter.

Boomerang is trusted by millions of GmailTM and G SuiteTM users for easy, integrated scheduled email sending and reminders. If you write an email now, the service will send it tomorrow at 6 a.m. or next week, even without being online. Boomerang also allows you to “snooze” incoming emails by moving them from your Inbox to a folder or label, then returning them to the top of the message list at a later time. It assists you in keeping your Inbox clean while also ensuring that you do not lose track of messages. Boomerang is the only reminder service that can alert you if you miss a deadline. It’s great for scheduling birthday emails, project management, remembering to pay bills, and ensuring that you follow up with a sales lead and get a response. It’s also helpful in communicating with people in different time zones and managing travel confirmation emails. It also determines whether your emails are being read with cross-platform read receipts and measuring your email engagement with open and click tracking. You can write compelling emails that get responses, concentrate on a critical project without being distracted by email, and achieve Inbox zero!

The response tracking feature in Boomerang reminds you to contact people if you don’t hear back within a certain amount of time. We’ll move the sent message to the top of your Inbox, prompting you to send another email. You can use Boomerang to remind yourself to check back on an important email that you received in the future. When this option is selected, the message will move to the top of your Inbox. It ensures that the news is available when needed and serves as a reminder to act on messages when the time is right. You can make a schedule for notes if you want to send it later by using the simple “Send Later” button. The “Send Later” menu allows you to select from a list of typical send times or enter a date and time for the email to be sent. Boomerang will automatically deliver the message at the desired time without logging back in or even having a network connection. Thanks to Boomerang, Gmail can now do a few things you wish it could do. If your recipient hasn’t replied or opened your email by a specific time, the namesake feature sends you an email. In a nutshell, Boomerang enhances Gmail with several useful features for people who send hundreds of emails per week. It’s not nearly as helpful as Editors’ Choice SaneBox for people who receive hundreds or thousands of emails per week. Boomerang, on the other hand, has a place among productivity apps.
