What is G-suite

G Suite is now Google Workspace. Google Workspace is a collection of intelligent apps from Google. Google Workspace is recommended for clients who require email hosting for their business. On the other hand, Google Workspace is more than just an email app. It also comes with several apps and functions that might be very useful. The basic package is probably all you’ll ever need for many of you. Let’s start with Gmail, the most used email service, with a whopping 26% market share based on open rates. One of the best features of Google Workspace is that it’s essentially an ad-free version of the online email client you’re presumably already using. Then there’s Google Calendar, which none of most companies could live without. Many of you use it to schedule client meetings and set due dates and reminders for crucial assignments. The option to create several calendars that are visible to everyone in your company is one of the best features of utilizing Google Calendar with Google Workspace. You might wish to use a group calendar for team holidays and regular meetings.

Google Drive is another function that allows you to store, view, and share your files in one secure location. You may then access them from any device with ease. Every employee on the Google Workspace Basic subscription gets 30GB of storage. If you have fewer than five users on your team, you’ll only get 1TB per person. If you haven’t tried Google Drive yet, the incredible search functionality is one of the most excellent features! Google Drive Pro gives you double the capacity of the free version, as well as 24/7 support, sharing options, and extensive reporting. On the other hand, Google Docs and Google Sheets speak for themselves and are tools we use daily. Google Docs can also be imported into WordPress. These allow you to create and edit text and spreadsheet documents directly in your browser. Import your documents, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF files, to make them instantly editable (.docx, .doc, .pdf, .rtf, .txt, xlsx, .csv, .html, .ods). You can also collaborate and comment on Microsoft Office documents without them having to be converted to Google’s format automatically. You can also export to a variety of third-party file types. This allows you to collaborate with other people or businesses and transfer files back and forth without installing or buying additional software. Real-time commenting and limitless versions are two of Google Docs and Spreadsheets’ finest features.

Another feature is Google Keep. It appears to be one of those closely guarded secrets few people know. Google Keep is an excellent option if you’re looking for a simple Evernote replacement. Whether or whether you use Google Workspace, this is an excellent small tool. It functions flawlessly within the Google ecosystem because it is a Google product. It also features the Google Workspace Admin console, allowing business owners to manage everything from a single location.  Add new users and groups, manage devices, modify security settings (such as 2-factor authentication), and create new custom domains for your company to use with Gmail.
